Square Enix has announced today that Heroes of Mana, a Nintendo DS game developed by Brownie Brown will also be released in Europe and other PAL territories in Autumn 2007.

“We’re very excited to be bringing Heroes of Mana to Europe,” says John Yamamoto, President and CEO of Square Enix Ltd. “The Mana series has long been adored by fans around the world. Heroes of Mana offers a fantastically fresh new approach, with the addition of real-time strategy that makes battles even more thrilling than before.”

Bad news for Xbox 360 fanboys that want a Final Fantasy game (except for Final Fantasy XI) on their console. According to IGN there won't be any one soon. On a question if the Wii of Xbox 360 will get a Final Fantasy game, Square Enix's Shinji Hashimoto said: "For the Wii, we have FF Crystal Chronicles in production. As for FF on the Xbox 360, it's currently a completely blank page."

Square Enix has released 2 new trailers from the two Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles games: Ring of Fates (for Nintendo DS) and The Crystal Bearers (for Wii). The trailers were features on the Square Enix Party that was held two weeks ago. The Ring of Fates trailer shows in-game footage of the game while the The Crystal Bearers is more a teaser.

Yesterday Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales for the Nintendo DS will be released in Europe on 25th May. In the game you play a chocobo that must save his friends and stop the evil Darkmaster Bebuzzu.

You will go on a magical adventure to save your friends who are trapped in the pages of the book. With the wireless multiplayer you can dual your friends and play several mini-games. Also you can play against other players around the world.

According to the latest issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu Square Enix will reveal a new game in the Star Ocean series next month on its Square Enix Party 2007. Which platform the game will be developed for is unknown.

The Square Enix Party 2007 will be on 12 and 13 May.

Square Enix has announced that they will talk about the future of its MMORPG Final Fantasy XI at their Square Enix Party on 12 and 13 May. On a meeting the developers will discuss about the game and will explain to the visitors what they have planned for Final Fantasy XI still.

Also they announced that Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Fuuketsu no Grimoire will be viewable and playable on the Square Enix Party.

Tetsuya Nomura from Square Enix has said in Famitsu that the new Kingdom Hearts game, which has been announced by Disney a short while ago, will NOT be Kingdom Hearts 3.

Other news: Square Enix has announced that Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria will be released in Europe this late Summer.

Square Enix has placed an advertisement for the Square Enix Party 2007 in the Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun that will take place on May 12th and May 13th. On the advertisement it says that people will see a Final Fantasy that nobody knows of.
