Square Enix

During the Tokyo Game Show Square Enix has showed a brief trailer of Final Fantasy Versus XIII behind closed doors and someone has recorded it with a cam.

In the trailer you see the main character, a young man with black hair, running through several abandoned areas and in the city he battles a big behemoth.

Let's hope Square Enix will make this trailer public in the near future, since it looks promising.

Update: I've added the leaked trailer from Final Fantasy Agito XIII.

In the latest Weekly Shonen Jump Square Enix has announced that Dissidia: Final Fantasy will get a sequel.

Dissidia [duodecim] 012: Final Fantasy

According to the logo of the game it's called Dissidia [duodecim] 012: Final Fantasy. Two playable characters have been confirmed: Kain from Final Fantasy IV and Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII.

Let's hope more will be seen about this game at next week's Tokyo Game Show.

Final Fantasy XIII

Square Enix has announced on the Xbox 360 Media Briefing 2010 in Tokyo that Final Fantasy XIII will still get a Xbox 360 version one year after the release on the PlayStation 3.

The 360 version will be called Final Fantasy XIII Ultimate Hits International and will feature English voices, subtitles, an 'easy mode' and a booklet called "Final Fantasy XIII Corridor of Memory". It will be released on 16 December.

Japanese fans are not really happy with this announcement and are calling Yoichi Wada a liar and he even received death threats.

Square Enix

After a wait of 8 months, which is quite a long time for a translation, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep was finally released yesterday in the United States.

The PlayStation Portable exclusive is a prequel to the original Kingdom Hearts taking place 10 years before. You follow the journeyt of Terra, Aqua and Ventus who are on a quest to find Master Xehanort.

The game will be released in Europe this Friday. It will however not be released on the PSP Go (like Dissidia: Final Fantasy).
