Square Enix has released some new screenshots of Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIII for the Tokyo Game Show that was talking place the last couple of days. Some of the screenshots are old, but are in a higher resolution.

Other Fabula Nova Crystallis news is that on Square Enix's press conference they confirmed that Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be exclusively for the PlayStation 3. Its possible that future Fabula Nova Crystallis games that will be announced will be released for the Xbox 360.

Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy XI: Wings of the Goddess will be released in Japan and North America on 20 November 2007 and in Europe 2 days later for the PlayStation 2 (not in Europe), PC and Xbox 360. Please bare in mind that the new content will be accessible on 22 November.

Final Fantasy XI: Wings of the Goddess is the forth expansion to the Final Fantasy XI universe and will add new locations to explore and the new job Dancer will be available. A screenshot has been released showing the new job.

During Square Enix's Tokyo Game Show presentation the company announced that they are working on 3 new Kingdom Hearts titles bringing the series to the Nintendo DS, PlayStation Portable and mobile phones.

Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (logo)

A PlayStation Portable game which looks to be a single-player game and tells the story of three new characters who are searching for the Keyblade master.

Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days (logo)

A Nintendo DS game which will feature Roxas and Axel in both single-player and multiplayer missions and will be in fully 3D.

Kingdom Hearts: Coded (logo)

A mobile phone game which is set after the events of the first Kingdom Hearts game. The game will most likely only be released on Japanese mobile phones.

After more than 3 years of development Square Enix has finally released the action RPG Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII for the PlayStation Portable in Japan! Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII is a prequel to Final Fantasy VII and you play as Zack Fair, a SOLDIER 1st Class. Also the special Final Fantasy VII 10th Anniversary edition of the PlayStation Portable is now available.

Square Enix also updated their official website of the game with a cool looking screensaver.

Square Enix has opened their official website of the Nintendo DS remake of Final Fantasy IV.
They've also opened an official Star Ocean portal called Eternal Sphere that will cover the two remakes Star Ocean: First Departure and Star Ocean: Second Evolution and the new game Star Ocean 4. When you click on one of the games you'll see TGS2007, which most likely means that more information about the games will be announced on the Tokyo Game Show.

Star Ocean 4

In an interview with the Japanese magazine Famitsu assistant producer Hajime Kojima from tri-Ace released the first details about the new Star Ocean game.

- The hero's name is Edge Maverick and the heroine's name is Reimi (you can see a screenshot of them in the 2nd magazine scan).
- You can take 5 characters into battle and there are a lot of new elements that doesn't make the battle system look like the one in the previous release.
- The battles are already playable, but are full of placeholder elements.
- You will be able to pilot a ship and travel to different planets. And there will be more planets than in the previous game.
- The story is complete, but he couldn't talk about the setting.
- Info about the game's release date will be released when people are done playing the remakes of the first two Star Ocean games.

More will hopefully be announced at the Tokyo Game Show.

Its only 11 days till the release of the PlayStation Portable game Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and the first Japanese commercial has been aired on Japanese television. You can watch and/or download the commercial at our Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII section. The song your hear on the background is the theme song of the game called "Why" performed by Ayaka. There's also an extended commercial that you watch.
