Tanaka no longer director Final Fantasy XIV, PS3 version delayed

Yoichi Wada, president of Square Enix, has announced today that they offer their sincerest apologies to the fans for the lack of quality that Final Fantasy XIV currently has. To improve that they've made changes to the developer team.

Naoki Yoshida is the new director and producer of the game, replacing Hiromichi Tanaka who has taken full responsibility and has stepped down. He continues to support the development team, who also have been changed.

The PlayStation 3 version, which was played for a March release, has been delayed with an unknown time. The free trail period has been extended again till the team has provided a plan that outlines a level of enjoyment that will satisfy both the team and the fans.
