Let's hope that the game will also be released on the PlayStation 3, like what happened with other Xbox 360 exclusive titles (Bioshock, Enchanted Arms, Lost Planet).

Star Ocean 4

Today Square Enix has announced their line-up on a Microsoft RPG event in Japan. The most striking news is that Star Ocean: The Last Hope (previously known as Star Ocean 4) will be released on the Xbox 360 in 2009. When asked if this game will the game will be released on the PlayStation 3 Yoshinori Yamagishi, producer of Square Enix, said, "We cannot announce anything on that. We can say that it will be released first [on the Xbox 360]. Whether we'll release it on the PS3 is undecided. We may release it, we may not."

Square Enix also released some high quality screenshots and the logo of the game.

Star Ocean 4

A new trailer from the game Star Ocean 4 has been released on a Square Enix and Tri-Ace promotional DVD. In the 4 minutes during trailer you see familiar scenes but also some new ones. The quality isn't as good as the first one. When I found a better one, I'll update it.

Square Enix has opened their official website of the Nintendo DS remake of Final Fantasy IV.
They've also opened an official Star Ocean portal called Eternal Sphere that will cover the two remakes Star Ocean: First Departure and Star Ocean: Second Evolution and the new game Star Ocean 4. When you click on one of the games you'll see TGS2007, which most likely means that more information about the games will be announced on the Tokyo Game Show.
