With Mognet Moogles can send and receive messages to/from other Moogles. Lately the system isn't running well, and Mog askes you to deliver messages to other Moogles.

¤ Mognet Central
Mognet Central is located to the north-east of the Outern Continent. On an island there a crack is located. You can reach the island with a Red, Dark Blue or a Gold Chocobo. When riding a Red or Dark Blue call for a chocobo near Desert Palace. If you have a Gold Chocobo you can just fly over the island and land in one of the forests. Somewhere on the mountains is a crack. Give your chocobo a Dead Pepper while standing near it to crumble it. Enter the cave now and you see it's Mognet Central. This is where all letters come and go.
Lately Moogles receive no letters anymore due to the machine stopped working. On Disc 4 you can fix the problem by getting an item for the machine. First go to Kupo in Alexandria and he says that they are close on solving the mystery of Mognet. He wants you to deliver a letter to Atla. When you have to deliver a letter to Mois, get Quina in your party and go to Qu's March (near Lindblum) and go to the Fossil Roo entrance. You need to deliver a total of 6 letters. On the last letter to Kupo it will say the special item required is called Superslick. Ruby has that item. She's located in the mini-theatre. After have received the item go to Mognet Central and give the item to Artemicion. He will use the item on the machine and it will start working again. You'll receive a Protect Ring from him.
