Square Enix and tri-Ace has released a new trailer of Star Ocean: The Last Hope on YouTube which can be watched in high quality. In the new trailer a new character can be seen: Meracle Chamlotte.

The Japanese box art of the game has also been released. What odd is that it doesn't have the 'only on Xbox 360' logo, so it might happen that the game will also get a PlayStation 3 release.

Final Fantasy XIII and Versus DKΣ3713 trailers!

Chrono Trigger DS European release date

Today Square Enix has announced that the remake of Chrono Trigger for the Nintendo DS will be released in Europe on 6th February 2009.

The original Super Nintendo game and PlayStation remake sadly never reached the European shores. This remake takes advantage of the Nintendo DS hardware and will feature a monster arena, a new ending and a couple of new dungeons.

Dragon Quest X coming to Wii!

During a press conference in Tokyo held by Square Enix yesterday, Yuji Horii, creator of the Dragon Quest series has announced that Dragon Quest X will be released on the Nintendo Wii.

Yuji Horii also announced that Dragon Quest IX will be released in Japan on 28th March 2009 on the Nintendo DS. The rumours that the game will also be released on the Nintendo Wii seems to be false.

Today Square Enix has opened the official Japanese website the game.

Square Enix wants to takeover Eidos

It looks like Square Enix wants to get stronger in the Western market. They have make a bid at Eidos, the company famous for its Lara Croft franchise.

Square Enix is not the only company who wants to get a hold of Eidos. Warner Bros already owns 20% of the company and Electronic Arts and Ubisoft are also interested in SCi, the current owner of Eidos.

Welcome to Version No. 12!

After a long time of adjusting a lot of pages the website finally has a brand new layout! Version 12 is a new easy layout in blue which replaces the old dark blue one which was old and didn't meet today's requirements. With the new layout a lot of links have been changed, so it might happen that some links have become broken, pages not displaying alright and images that are not displaying. I'll fix them in the next few days. I hope you all like the new layout.

Also some games with lack of content have been dropped. They might come back when more content is written for the game. The affiliates list have also been cleaned of websites that have died or aren't updated anymore. New affiliates are welcome.
